FR602M is a low halogen new environmentally friendly flame retardant masterbatch suitable for flame retardancy of PP-V2 grade copolymer and homopolymer polypropylene. The low addition amount can almost meet the halogen-free requirements in modified PP products (below 2000ppm according to IEC 61249-2-21), and is widely used in extrusion and injection molding of PP products. Fully comply with the provisions of the European Commission RoHS Directive, REACH, and IEC 61249-2-21 policy regulations. It has the advantages of low addition amount, obvious flame retardant effect, no precipitation and convenient use.

1. Suitable for PP extrusion, injection molding, etc., with excellent dispersibility;

2. Low addition amount, pure new material without filling, 2% -4% homopolymer addition, 5% -10% copolymer addition;

3. Applied to polypropylene hollow boards, polypropylene corrugated pipes, polypropylene packaging bags, polypropylene mining grilles, and polypropylene electrical enclosures, etc;

4. Easy to use, after mixing evenly with polypropylene raw materials, it can be directly extruded and injection molded;

5. Flame retardant masterbatch will decompose and evaporate if left in the screw barrel for a long time, and the screw barrel needs to be thoroughly cleaned during intermittent production.

四、Storage and transportation

1. This product has a net weight of 25kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;

2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally affected by moisture, it can continue to be used after drying at 80-110 ℃ for 2-4 hours.
