FR613M is a TPU (polyester) special flame retardant masterbatch, which can also be used in polyether type with a large amount of additives. It has excellent characteristics such as low filling amount, significant flame retardant effect (achieving 3.2Mm and 1.6Mm UL 94 V-0 levels), no precipitation and whitening in raw materials, not easily hydrolyzed, and excellent production and processing characteristics. The enterprise's products can meet many industry regulations such as electronics, electrical equipment, cables and wires, and are suitable for the current regulations on TPU flame retardant efficiency, low smoke and non toxicity, and green environmental protection. TPU specific flame retardant masterbatch, as an additive injection molding flame retardant masterbatch, can achieve good flame retardant effect in TPU recycling. It can be directly injection molded for use without the need for further granulation processing. And it has the advantages of not corroding molds.

1. Adding 14% -18% to polyester TPU achieves 3.2mm V0 grade (UL 94), and 17% -21% achieves 1.6mm V0 grade (UL 94).

2. Adding 35% -50% flame retardant to polyether TPU can achieve V0 grades of 3.2mm and 1.6mm (UL94).

3. Directly used for injection molding.

四、Storage and transportation

1. This product has a net weight of 20kg per package and is transported as a regular chemical;

2. The product should be stored in a dry and ventilated warehouse. If it is stored for a long time or accidentally damp, it should be stored at 80-110 ℃After drying for 2-4 hours, it can continue to be used.
